Students and instructors can make use of the “Collaboration Tool” which students can access when they have marked their understanding below 50% using the “Understanding slider” and Instructors can access the Messaging tool dashboard from the instructor dashboard (as shown in the screenshot below) and can view all the messages sent by the students and reply.
